Subscription
Free to text. Smart when you want it.
Everything you need to send and receive messages is free, forever. A subscription — with a free trial, sold and billed by Google Play — unlocks the smart features. There is no NuraTxt account and we never see your payment details.
Free SMS
Everything you need to text. No account, no card, no trial clock.
- Send, receive and read SMS and MMS
- Notifications, with reply and mark as read
- Being your default SMS app, and importing your old messages
- Conversations, categories, archive, pin and quick replies
- Scheduled messages
- Search by word
- Link safety warnings — a warning is never behind a paywall
- Automatic clean-up of old one-time codes
- Themes, text size and lock-screen privacy
None of these ever check whether you are subscribed. A lapsed plan or a phone with no internet leaves them exactly as they are.
Smart features
Start with a free trial, then a subscription sold and billed by Google Play.
- One-time-code cards in your notifications, with Copy code
- Payment cards: Paid, Received, Due, Approve and Blocked
- Inbox summaries: amounts, codes, deliveries and references
- Reminders from your messages, on the inbox and as notifications
- Activity: one card per order, bill or trip
- The money ledger
- Search answers
- The one-tap Track button for a safe delivery link
- The optional on-device AI tools
Without a subscription, these show the ordinary free version or a quiet "Unlock smart features" line — never a fake or blurred preview.
Plans and prices
- Five plans that renew automatically: every month, 3 months, 6 months, 9 months or year.
- Prices are set in Google Play for each country and shown in the app, in your currency, before you buy — including any tax Google Play adds. This page quotes no price so that it can never disagree with what you are charged.
- You pay with any method Google Play accepts in your country — cards, UPI, carrier billing and others. NuraTxt never sees your payment details.
The free trial
- Google Play offers one free trial per Google account. The app shows its length before you start (for example, "Free for N days, then the price per period").
- When the trial ends, the paid subscription starts automatically and then renews each period, unless you cancel in Google Play before the trial ends.
- If you cancel during the trial, you keep the smart features until the trial ends and are not charged.
- Reinstalling the app or using another phone does not give a second trial, because Google Play keeps the record.
How to subscribe
- Open NuraTxt → Settings → Subscription. (New users also see a short preview at the end of setup, built from sample messages, with Start free trial and Not now.)
- Choose a plan. Google Play's purchase screen opens and shows the price, the billing period and the trial, if any.
- When Google Play confirms, the smart features unlock on your phone straight away.
Payment pending. Some payment methods, such as UPI, can show as pending for a while. The app says so and unlocks the smart features once Google Play reports the payment complete. If the payment fails, Google Play cancels it and returns any amount taken under its own rules.
Renewals and price changes
- Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each period, at the price that applies at the time, until you cancel.
- If we ever raise the price of an existing plan, Google Play tells you in advance and, in most countries, asks you to accept the new price; if you don't, the subscription is cancelled before the new price applies.
- If a renewal payment fails, Google Play may give you extra time to fix it, and may then put the subscription on hold until you do. The smart features pause while it is on hold.
Cancelling
- In NuraTxt: Settings → Subscription → Manage in Google Play. Or in the Play Store app: your profile picture → Payments and subscriptions → Subscriptions → NuraTxt → Cancel. Google's own guide: Cancel, pause or change a subscription on Google Play.
- Cancelling stops future renewals. You keep the smart features until the end of the period you have paid for.
- Uninstalling the app does not cancel the subscription.
Refunds
- NuraTxt follows Google Play's refund policy; refunds are decided and paid by Google Play. Shortly after a purchase you may be able to request a refund directly from Google Play — see Google Play's refund page.
- If that is not possible, email [email protected] with the Google Play order number from your receipt (it starts with
GPA.). We will look at your request and, where appropriate, refund it through Google Play. - If you live in the European Union, the United Kingdom or another country whose law gives you a right to cancel or to a refund, that right applies in addition and is not reduced by anything here.
- After a refund, or when a cancelled subscription reaches the end of its paid period, the smart features lock at the app's next successful check with Google Play, or up to seven days later if the phone is offline.
New phone, reinstall or a second phone
- Sign in to Google Play with the same Google account you subscribed with, install NuraTxt from Google Play and open Settings → Subscription → Restore purchases. The app also checks by itself when you open it.
- There is no limit on the number of phones.
- A subscription belongs to the Google account that bought it. Because NuraTxt has no account of its own, we cannot move a subscription between Google accounts.
Without internet: the seven-day grace
NuraTxt confirms your subscription with the Google Play app on your phone when you open it, at most once a day. Each successful check keeps the smart features on for the next seven days.
| Days since the last successful check | What happens |
|---|---|
| 0 to 4 | Everything works, silently |
| 5 and 6 | Still works; a quiet line says "Subscription last confirmed 5 days ago. Connect to the internet to keep smart features." |
| 7 or more | Smart features pause until the next successful check. Plain SMS is untouched |
What NuraTxt stores about your subscription
Only on your phone: the date until which the smart features are unlocked, and when the app last checked with Google Play and what it was told. Not your name, email, plan, price or payment method. Google Play keeps your purchase record under your Google account. More in the Privacy Policy and the Terms.
